Your graphics (photos and/or logos) must be delivered to us in one of the following formats: .gif or .jpg. (Photos should be .jpg) Your logo may be either, but if text only, it should be a "gif" file.You can e-mail your logo/banner add graphics if they are web ready (the correct pixel size and optimized to a load time of less than 10 seconds). Banner adds must be 120 pixels wide and no taller than 200 pixels in height.
You should email your (web ready only) graphics to "xmastree @ earthlink dot net". If you have not emailed that address before, you will need to be added to the address book by replying to the auto reply from the earthlink spamblocker. We suggest you complete this process before sending your graphics.
You can save your graphics to CD and mail/deliver them to the web team.
Your text should be delivered via email. Text for one page in one email. (Please do not send text for all pages in one email) You can type the text for the page into the email, you can copy/paste it into the email, or you can attach a word doc to the the email. (Please do not attach any other kind of file containing text) Make sure you include the page url in the subject line.
We can build the logo or banner add graphics for you (see examples of our adds below) using colors and font to match your website.
